back to micro-blog

a small piece of information

I hope you had a good holiday season, and that you and those you love are safe. I don't care who you are; it doesn't matter. I just hope that what makes you happy is there with you, and you're doing the things that benefit you and all of us.

But anyways, we need to talk about something that's actually important: my website.

I have learned something very important: I cannot follow deadlines to save any one soul on this planet. That whole 're-designed' page that I spoke (typed) of on the 1st, and mentioned would be done by the end of this month, is not happening anytime soon–it'll be february at best. Just had to get that off my chest.

In other news, I have been working on my own 2022 album-a-day list that I can actually go through with as some form of interesting material. It will take a lot of time and energy getting the pieces needed to throw together, but once it is all set-up, it won't involve much effort outside of the listening.

My only problem is that I think both a different publishing area and this microblog don't necessarily serve it well as-is. It needs something sort of in the middle.

Therefore, I'll post the small three sentence reviews I'll make, along with a star rating, on my snapchat and instagram, found here on my contact page. Additionally, I'll plug my website in each of those posts, and have even more information on the website so it's actually useful (alongside having the archive of all of the posts, and a very easy view to see the ratings, their distribution, and anything else I consider adding). This info will all be added to a big pin on the top of the microblog page, since I don't know where else to put it (it'll be archived as one big post at the end of the year though).

And so—while pitaparrot is slowly dissolving and I start the work in making a replacement for it—I'll be busy listening so some good music, and all the complaints when I don't give My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy a five out of five.

Hopefully this all goes well and I can continue doing more enjoyable things online :)
